About Coach Quincy

Who am I?

I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. After struggling with typical team sports, at age 11 I found an aptitude for competitive swimming. The pinnacle of my experience was swimming Division 1 on scholarship for UNLV. At UNLV, my personal development journey began formally during my studies towards a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

I have always been fascinated by people and how to relate to them but began my life as a shy introvert. Because of this, I grew up feeling isolated and depressed. Working through these early roadblocks over the years taught me effective tools to better relate to others and how to work through my own mental illness.

These lessons culminated in my calling as a personal development and relationship coach. I pushed past my severe discomfort, on a journey to resources, tools, and personal growth. I now have a better understanding about how to interpret my emotions and feelings, instead of overlooking them in favor of logic and solutions oriented thinking.

If you’d like to learn how to improve your own emotional awareness and start your personal growth journey, please reach out. I’d love to share a conversation with you!

What are my credentials?

I have a bachelor’s in pyschology from UNLV. I graduated from the Human Potential Institute Coaching program and am completing my PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
